Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vlaboutique.shop. Returns must be authorized before being shipped to the following address: C.da Signore 15 - 92015 Raffadali AG.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days in the form of a Gift Card equal to the amount spent, excluding shipping costs.
